Losing weight- FREE tips/advice?....?

Trying to lose a ton of weight.... I was 294... now I am 229.... Its been one helluva year... I need more tips on how to lose more weight as I have seemed to have stopped and I know that I need to be at least 170 to be somewhat healthy... (@ 200lbs I was a size 14, looked like a 10) Im 5'9';- I eat 3x a day 1200 calories- and work out 5 days a week.... Im looking for techniques that WORK- I want to drop 20lbs in a month and yes it can be done- I dropped 25 in one month- when you have more lbs to lose its easier to drop it fast and keep it off- i.e. I took trimspa and ate cherrios and beef jerky for 1.5mths and lost 40lbs- then I said screw it and didnt do anything for a year... now Ive lost an additional 25lbs but I want to lose more... Any tips would be appreciated... :)Losing weight- FREE tips/advice?....?
Try slowly incorporating more fruits and veg. This totally changed my body, and has helped me keep the weight off for 5 years.

If your diet woks fine, stick to it. Losing weight is long-term matter
i heard that green tea will help you lose weight.
Change your lifestyle for good. Do cardio %26amp; toning exercises in moderation 5 or 6 days weekly and portion control/calorie shift.Losing fat is always easier compared to maintaining yourself against gaining fat,so there is NO other logic approach for this.2 or 3 cheat meals a week is fine but drink only water.You must keep it healthy so that you lose only fat,NOTHING else.1-4 lbs of fat loss/week is fine,but not more than that.Only muscle burns fat,so its stupid to lose it(which is of course too simple to achieve!).
