I'm a professional bodybuilder and it sounds like you know what you are doing. Right now you are probably in the plateau stage of weightlifting, it's a *****. Do heavy weights. You have to change up your exercises, instead of doing bench press do dumbell bench press, instead of dumbbell curls do barbell curls, etc. I repeat do HEAVY weights no more that 8 reps per exercise. Work out with a friend to you will be suprised how much more weight you can do with someone watching. Also it helped me when i was in school to go the school weight room, it just made me feel stronger. good luckBody building tips or advice?
Before you go any further, you need to look at why you have this goal of yours.

For the most part, body building is geared towards either athletics or looking good. Most sports don't need too much muscle mass.

And while some people might like the appearance of body builders, when body builders age, they acquire tons of health problems.

My advice is to stick at where you are right now, and concentrate on maintaining strength and endurance, and not size and weight.
