Tips, Advice, Help, Motivation?

Hiya i was just looking for some help/advice/tips on loosing weight. Im 17years old and 12 Stone 12lbs. I have dieted before but never succeeded as i loose the motivation if i dont loose something one week or i cant see the change. I really want to loose 2stones at least. Im trying weight watchers at the moment but i always try it and tbh i always go off the rails. I really need to loose weight on the hips and thighs.





So yeah just looking for tips/advice/motivation on how to kick start the weight lossTips, Advice, Help, Motivation?
Get a friend to work out with.


Write down everything you eat in a food diary, so then you realise how much you're eating?Tips, Advice, Help, Motivation?
This is what i did to help me:


Post pictures in your room of supermodels (skinny ppl) and everytime you look at them it helps. good luck!
Look at yourself in the mirror when you loose motivation to work out or diet. Works like a charm for me.
if you get hungry drink water, eat LOTS of protein, eat lean meats, if you can eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 normal mals, when exerciseing (don't think of it as exercise, think of it as physical activity) do what you can don't kill yourself and slowly build up, if you want to see chang look at old pictures and compare them with new ones, When u weigh yourself don't be mad if it is very little change or no change, you might have lost more inches, so if u can measure urself every week or so and u will see a bigger result, if u r stuck in a rut FOCUS on the number u want and only think about that number, I have lost around 65 pounds and these are all tips I used





Before u think u r overwight find out what ur BMI is (just search for it on the internet, by the way that stands for Body Mass Index)
