School starts in 3 weeks and im overweight anf have terrible body acne and facial acne. Advice, Tips, Help!!?

So im About to be starting Senior year and im about 40 pounds overweight with very bad face and body acne. and whats worst is school starts in 3 weeks. PLEASE will someone give me tips, help and MOTIVATION?????????????????? Okay so I'm guessing you're a guy. Well I'm a girl, I used be kinda over weight to um so I have a few tips for you.


Okay so for weight exercise like at least every morning. The first morning will probably be the hardest but you get used to it, and trust me it gets easier so don't give up. Maybe go for a 30 minute jog. Do maybe 3 sets of sit up (12/set). Maybe do some push ups, if you can't do a regular one try a modified one on you're knees.


As for acne and body acne


-shower a lot more, maybe twice a day and scrub with lots of soap


-buy some face wash from neutrogena or something or anything other than regular hand soap, its to harsh for you're face.


-eat lots of yogurt, it'll help for acne


-for the acne on you're face, before bed put tooth paste on pimples, might sting for a few minutes but it is so worth it, and then when you wake up just wash it off with a cloth%26lt;do it a couple times a week to. Also to prevent your face from becoming dry from it, just use/buy some face moisterizer.

just always be thinking how great and hot you're going to look soon.


think of how your going to impress the girls when you get back to school.

For your acne, you should try Neutrogena Acne Stress Control.


It helps a lot with breakouts and


prevents your skin from getting oily. Do you drink a lot of coke or eat a lot of sugar? That could be a major reason for it. It would also help to drink plenty of water daily. For the weight all i can say is be active. The best thing you can do is to not give up! Hope this helps! :)
