Hm you actually have some great advice. but you could definately improve on your video quality. do some research and maybe look into buying a new video camera and such. i found myself hearing more of a background noise then your voice. the lighting wasn't good. and just seeing you talking the whole time was quite tiring. maybe add in some video effects or something ? other then that , it was pretty good.
