hi so just a small advice to u,eat anything but in small quantities, do eat lot of greens and avoid a little oil stuff.
so hope u loose ur weight and follow my advise.
Don't go for a quick fix such as diet pills or shakes.. Just eat normal healthy portions of food and if you have the urge to have a light snack such as chocolate do so but don't go overboard.. If you exercise 3-5 times a week for at least half an hour you should see weight loss start to occur and you can ramp up from there if you need to... Worked for me!!

Eat what u feel like eating! Dont go overboard on junk food or snacks. Try to get harmonised with ur body, it will tell u what u need.
