Anyone got any TTC tips / advice?

we're ready!!! :)Anyone got any TTC tips / advice?
First, I would call your OB/GYN and schedule and Pre-Pregnancy screening. This will make sure your body is ready for a baby. The Dr. will then put you on prenatal vitamins to start taking now.

Also: Buy a basal body thermometer from the pharmacy and start taking your temp every morning before you get out of bed. You can chart your fertility signs on FertilityFriend.com. This will help you tell when you ovulate and the best times of the month to have sex.

I would also reccomend using Ovulator Predictor Kits (OPK's) - these are sticks you pee on around the time you would ovulate (usually start on day 8 of your cycle) and they will also tell you when you are about to ovulate.

FertilityFriend.com has a great tutorial that can help you get started on learning everything you need to know!

Good Luck!Anyone got any TTC tips / advice?
Figure out when you ovulate each month, if you don't know already. You can use ovulation test strips like I do, which I think makes it pretty easy. Once you know when you ovulate, have sex four days before ovulation, two days before ovulation, ovulation day, two days after ovulation, and four days after ovulation.

As far as getting your body ready for pregnancy, start taking a prenatal vitamin daily to make sure you have the necessary nutrients for a baby from the moment of conception. Make sure that you're eating right, and if you drink caffeinated drinks or smoke.....start cutting back now so that once your pregnant it won't be such a drastic drop for you....giving up a lot of things all at once.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!
Start by eating properly, take a multi vitamin or prenatal daily.

Drink lots of water.

During your fertile time...don't have sex every day...try every second day. He needs some recoup time...well his sperm does any way. Also, try to elevate your hips after intercourse. And thirdly I hear if the female has an orgasm after intercourse it helps the sperm get to where it needs to go. This is just what I have heard. All the best and good luck!!!!
good diet, good exercise , water and no stress.
