ok so im 22 years old. at my job, there is a really attractive and awesome lady i like to talk with...she is 38 and single. i have always been attracted to older women so im very excited. she can be very flirty with me at times, and i am totally wanting to ask her to do something sometime. i am great with girls my age...no problem...., but i am clueless about how to treat a 38 year old woman. how can i be flirty with her??? how can i ask her out???Dating older women...... tips, advice.... i need a little help please....?
Just ask if she would like to meet you out for coffee sometime after work. I have done that in the past after a co worker has did something nice to help me out and I was interested in them. It worked out nicely too.

Younger guys who ask me out tend to ask me to go and see their band, or a friend's band, where we'll be with friends - and then after the gig we'll go on to a club or something together. I'll pretend to be a little drunker than I actually am to get 'em to feel more comfortable.

Dude, ask her out for a drink after work sometime, you will find out quick if she is a cougar or not. But be careful, you may get more than you bargained for.
just treat her like you would anyone else. (hopefully, that's a good thing). if she's interested at all, she'll let you know. it may take some coaxing tho
