How to have style, tips & advice please? (:?

How can I have more style? I love stores like Hollister %26amp; Abercrombie %26amp; American Eagle, not just because of their logos or anything, but I love that kind of style. I don't really have much money these days to spend on clothes, so I have to be really thrifty...how can I still have style without spending a ton? Should I just buy more cheaper clothes like Forever 21 or should I invest in more expensive pieces, or a little of both? I am 14, so I can't get a job, but I'm a freshman and I really want more style!!! :) As I said before, I love clothes from American Eagle %26amp; Hollister especially but it's so expensive sometimes. Honestly, most people say to invest in just a few Signature pieces, but i say, find a bunch af cute little things and layer and Create your own style...
