that girl has choppy short layers. you need to ask for ';choppy layers'; tell them you want semi-short layers but you want to keep the lenth of your hair.Do you like this hairstyle?? TiPS/ADViCE PLEASE??!!?
Print off that picture and take it for reference. Any good stylist will adjust the cut to fit YOU. Also, if there is anything different between that cut and what you want, you need to tell them beforehand. Also, realize that before you get this cut that girls hair is incredibly styled. A cut will not look like that unless it is styled. It could be very high maintenance. But I do think it's cute on the right style of girl!
