Help..exercise tips? advice please helpp?

just to start off im a bit of a hypochondriac. i over worry about everything.everytime i read about a disease or sickness i start feeling like i have the symptoms and all kinds of stuff like that. so for the past 4months i havent really been too ';active'; i have online classes 4 college and i mainly stay home.i go out with friends here and there but usually im at home watching tv online etc.


so i started to notice my legs would ache when i would jst lay around. so i started doing some simple exercises around the house and my legs felt 100% better..they fetl normal [= but i noticed when i dont do my exercises my legs act up again. do you think its lack of exercise and poor diet causing my leg pain? i dont have any other symptoms except neck pain sometimes but i think thats due to my very old mattress i sleep on.


also can stress cause your body to ache and also for you not to act urself? i only feel down%26amp;depressed when im alone when im with my friends i feel perfectly FiNE!!!


by the way im 19years old 5'9 and i weigh about 260 =/

exercise helps everything, running is the best. even if its not fast. just the act of intentionally bettering your body will improve your entire life 600%. i would know. i started trackin the 7th grade and now im addicted to it. these things are scientific. i dare you to try it and prove me wrong. oh and as for your legs, the pain goes away because the exercise forces enhanced circulation into them, the more you work out the better they will feel
seek a structured Exercise plan from a Exercise coordinator or a personal trainer...they can make a specific Exercise plan for what you need.
